EXECUTIVE ORDER AUTHORIZING THE RAPID EXPANSION OF THE GREAT AMERICAN SPHERE OF INFLUENCE

ORDER

By the authority I claim as President in spite of the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:

Today Venezuela, tomorrow the world!

Sec. 1. Reservation. I hereby reserve my authority to issue further orders with respect thereto as shall in my unimpeachable, stable, and beautiful judgment be necessary to protect whatever I may consider to be the national security of the United States and/or my own personal interest.

Sec. 2. Omnipotence. Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(a) the authority I claim by virtue of being who I am; or
(b) anything else that may suit my fancy and/or convenience.

Sec. 3. Publication and Transmittal. (a) This order shall be published in the Federal Register.
(b) I hereby direct all the appropriate secretaries to transmit copies of this order to the appropriate parties.
(c) The cost for publication of this order shall be borne by the Department of the Treasury, which will squeeze it out of the taxpayers who can least afford it.
