Take Trump. Please . . .

28 December—A source in Palm Beach reports that last week one of Donald Trump’s less illiterate lackeys told him about Ayn Rand’s philosophy, “it is better to receive than to give,” and gave him a copy of “Atlas Shrugged.” So Trump read the title and then lost interest.

Trump, POTUS 45 and 47, is not unfamiliar with the presidents after whom the White House’s Roosevelt Room and Lincoln Bedroom are named. And he also considers President Oval a “real great leader.”

Donald Trump has always been humble and self-effacing: “I think apologizing’s a great thing, but you have to be wrong. I will absolutely apologize some time, hopefully in the distant future, if I’m ever wrong.”

Trump has promised to put tariffs on China, Mexico, and Canada. He’d put a tariff on aluminum, too. Problem is, he doesn’t know where it’s located.

It’s common knowledge that Trump loathes the First Amendment and loves the Second Amendment. Too bad he doesn’t know anything about the rest of the Constitution.

One of Donald Trump’s boasts is that he’s going to ease tensions between North and South Korea. He’d also do it for East and West Korea. But since he never hears from them, he assumes they must be at peace.

Trump’s legal troubles with the Stormy Daniels hush money started only after fixer Michael Cohen paid her the fateful $130,000. It seems the payment was brought to the attention of tax authorities only because someone actually got paid by Donald Trump as agreed.

Washington couldn’t tell a lie. Nixon couldn’t tell the truth. Trump can’t tell the difference.

There’s a term for President Donald Trump. Unfortunately, it’s a second one.

Trump reckons that his boondoggle wall is sure to work because the Chinese built one over 2,000 years ago and they still don’t have any Mexicans.

In defense of Trump, he knows at least one verse of the Bible by heart: “Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Deport him and you do not have to feed him at all.”

Trump told a MAGA rally not long before the election just what they wanted to hear, “The less immigrants that come in, the better.” One pedantic supporter in the front row had the chutzpah to call out, “The fewer!” To which Trump retorted without skipping a beat, “I told you not to call me that.” But the audience’s right arms shot up anyway . . .
