24 July—It looks like the willfully and dangerously delusional and criminally deranged former president, who should have been put behind bars even before he demagogued and conned his way to the White House, is still demagoguing and conning his base of willfully and dangerously ignorant, delusional, gullible misfits. A news video of a rally for a willfully and dangerously ignorant, delusional, opportunistic misfit vying for the Republican nomination to be Arizona’s next governor shows Donald Trump mounting the stage in Prescott to rapturous applause.

And it didn’t stop there. Never does at political rallies. As Trump intoned his patently fraudulent election-fraud mantra, among other same-old-same-old codswallop, balderdash, and bullshit, the revolting crowd of mindless self-perceived and wannabe revolutionaries couldn’t contain itself. The applause was so deafening, the misfits likely couldn’t even think. Then again, could they ever? It’s highly likely, moreover, that urine and feces filled hundreds, perhaps thousands, of Trumpists’ pants at that rally. Including Trump’s.

Back in Washington, Joe Biden seems to have contracted the current, most dominant, highly contagious strain of the novel coronavirus. Even though his symptoms don’t appear to have abated, we’re assured the feisty old POTUS is doing well. And we certainly hope he’s on the mend.

Because who’s waiting to move into the Oval Office the only way she’d ever be able to do it?
